  • Quality improvement, policy and procedure development, audit readiness, and performance monitoring.

  • Grant research, proposal development, budgeting, grant management, and program evaluation.

  • Behavioral health policy analysis, community needs assessments, data interpretation, and research communication.

Experience & Expertise

  • Relevant professional experience in one or more BHTPI service areas.

  • Ability to translate complex information into practical guidance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Appropriate licenses or credentials when required for the assignment.

  • Familiarity with California behavioral health systems for California-specific projects.
